FAQ

The Answers You Need

Who should contact Kellie?

Anyone! Most often, the expectant Mom reaches out first to see if this will be a good fit for her situation or the Mom's Mom (Future grandma!), sister, or friend. If multiple people want to host, choose a point person for communication, but several people can be included in the planning meetings. The guest of honor can be included in all of the planning or not depending on her preferences.

How far in advance do I need to book a virtual event planner?

For a baby shower, the initial contact should be when the expectant mother is 4-5 months pregnant so that after planning and sending invites, your guests have plenty of time to ship their gifts in the mail. For a bridal shower, at least 2 months before the date you want for the shower. Kellie will always work to accommodate your request if it is possible.

Do you host events other than showers?

Yes, we host Virtual Wedding Showers and Corporate Baby Showers.

How much time will it take on my part?

During your initial meet and greet, be honest with your virtual event planner about how much you want to be involved. At a minimum, you need to define who is invited, their contact info, a theme, a date and a time.

Pricing is set for 15 people. Who is included in the 15 person limit?

For a basic shower, 15 is the number of screens on the Zoom call. Additional screens are $10 each. For Share the Joy, 15 is the number of people who receive party favor boxes in the mail. Additional guests are $50 each. If multiple people join from the same home, such as a mother and a daughter, they can count as one unless you would like them to each receive their own gift bag.
